Marketing and Customer Register

This is a register and data protection statement in accordance with Finess Energy Oy’s Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24 §) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
   The register has been established to provide information products and services of Finess Energy. Information on current affairs, events, products or services of Finess Energy may be sent to persons on the register at reasonable intervals by e-mail.

5. Information content of the register
   – Name of the company
   – Mailing address of the company
   – Industry of the company
   – Information about the services ordered by the company, their delivery and invoicing
   Person:
   – The name of the person
   – The job title of the person
   – The person’s email address
   – The person’s phone number
   – Mailing lists (e.g. spas and indoor swimming halls, food industry)
   – Product groups (e.g. steam generators)
   – Marketing Authorisation
   – Leaving the marketing list

The information in the marketing register is kept for 5 years, unless the information is needed to provide the service, for example in accordance with the agreement.

6. Regular sources of information

The information stored in the register is regularly obtained from the company and the person himself/herself or from other appropriate sources.

7. Regular disclosures

The information will not be disclosed outside the company.

8. Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA

Finess Energy Oy uses the US Vtiger CRM and e-mail service for marketing communications, in which case personal data is transferred outside the European Union. However, personal data is protected as required by the Personal Data Act.

9. Registry Security Principles

Persons processing register data are subject to the obligation of confidentiality and are familiar with the use of the register. Contact information is stored in the Vtiger service.

10. Right of inspection

The data subject has the right to check his or her data stored in the communications register. The inspection request is made in writing to the e-mail address info@finess.fi

11. Right to demand correction of information

The data subject has the right to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. The correction request is made in writing to the e-mail address info@finess.fi

12. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

The data subject has the right to prohibit marketing messages sent to inform about products and services. Prohibition is made in writing to the e-mail address info@finess.fi
