A container-based 3 MW electric boiler system was integrated into an existing plant. The delivery included a custom equipment container, piping, instrumentation, and provisions for transformer and medium-voltage systems.
Finess delivered a 1 MW containerized electric boiler system including automation and control systems. The solution supports participation in electricity reserve markets and improves energy efficiency and cost control.
Finess delivers two 60 MW VAPEC (Sulzer) electric boilers. Their durable electrode design enables long maintenance intervals and reliable operation without performance-degrading current peaks.

A heat recovery system captures energy from wastewater and aeration, producing about 215 MWh annually for facility heating. This reduces energy costs and CO₂ emissions by replacing direct electric heating.
Finess delivered a centralized cooling system to improve process cooling across production stages. The system ensures stable, high-quality production conditions even during hot summer periods.
A chemical manufacturer replaced a problematic reactor heating system with four XTube heat exchangers. The new solution handles extreme temperature and viscosity variations, improving reliability and reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
A wide-ranging heat recovery system captures energy from steam condensates, cooling processes, compressors, and process equipment. Recovered heat is reused for process heating, building heating, and domestic hot water. An integrated heat pump also provides cooling and enables cost-efficient heat production during summer.
